accessible HD radio receivers?

Hi all,

HD radio seems to be the new in thing. I was reading about it at hdradio.com, and I want it! However, it says that text information is sent along with the audio signal-- including song title/artist, etc. So, does anyone know if there is any kind of HD receiver that is at least somewhat accessible in terms of this text information?

I'm not holding out much hope, but if I don't ask I'll never know, right?
